Everyone has a different point of the day which they select as their utmost favourite and that time is the time no one can take away from them.
For me, it's just those ten minutes I keep to myself before going to bed.
Those ten minutes, are MY ten minutes. And during that time, I allow myself to escape from this monotonous world that we live in to a place, where only I go to. A place only I know. A place which belongs to me.
Every night before going to bed, is the end of one entire day. Every night before sleeping, you complete an entire day's existence. Do you know how much that is?
It might not seem like much, because these days become weeks which become months and then years... But really, it's so much.
And after I think about this, the satisfaction I attain is enough. It's all I need.
But then again, that's just me.
Find your happiness yourself. Don't wait for it to knock on your door.

Letter to the ex-bestfriend
Dear ex-bestfriend,
Thank you for making me feel as if I was the luckiest person in the world, and that I didn't need anything or anyone else. Thank you for being the only friend I had and thank you for being the only one I could talk to. Thank you for listening to all my crap and telling me I'm more than a wreck and tolerating my tantrums and listening to my stupid rants and picking me up when I fell.
Dear ex-bestfriend, I also want to thank you for leaving and making my entire world crumble down into pieces. Thank you for making me feel alone and worse than I was before. Thank you for breaking all your promises when you said that you're here for me, forever. Thank you for making it so difficult for me to open up to others and to see the world with two eyes instead of four. Thank you for being my best friend and being in my life.
Thank you, I really needed a reality check.
The world isn't all sugar and people will leave and it is going to be so difficult and sometimes you will feel like giving up and thank you, for teaching me this.
You were so important, whether you know it or not.
/H O M E/
I could go to all the places in the world, see all the beautiful things there are to see. But at the end of the day, I will return to you. Home.
I could meet all the people with the liveliest of spirits and sweetest of words. But when I am tired, and I don't know what to do and my brain stops functioning and my heart feels like it's going to give up on me, I will return to you. Home.
I could talk to all those boys with the perfect brown eyes and hair which you feel like running your fingers through. But when my demons greet me alone at 3 am, and my lungs are going to explode and curse me for those cigarettes I spent all my money on and I can't breathe and I am dying, I will return to you. Home.
Even though I won't always be there and sometimes I am not the person I was the day before, I will return to you, regardless of whether you provide the shelter I desperately seek, or not.
I will return to you, every single day.
I will return to you, for you are what I need.
I will return to you, because you are home and after all, home, is where the heart is.
